DocuGen offers subscriptions through three payment channels:
1. Online payments directly with DocuGen
You can access this via the "Subscription" tab in DocuGen or by requesting a credit card payment link from our support team. This method allows you to pay by credit or debit cards, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
Note: Our direct subscriptions are offered via our payment processor FastSpring.
2. Online payments via the monday.com Marketplace
You can access this via the "monday marketplace" icon in your monday.com account, then search for DocuGen and click on the "See plans" button:
3. Bank transfers directly with DocuGen
This option is only available for customers on Enterprise plans (1,000 documents or above) upon request. Please reach out to our support team to find out more: support@docugen.io.
Which payment channel should you choose?
The choice is entirely yours. However, there are some situations where we request our customers to subscribe directly with DocuGen rather than through the monday.com Marketplace. For example, when you request an arrangement where your subscription is automatically upgraded whenever you hit your quota. Another example is when you request a document quota exceeding the largest plan we have on the monday.com Marketplace.
