Not at the moment, but there is a workaround (see below.) Although DocuGen Sign supports multiple signers (see article), you cannot specify a signing order. Instead, DocuGen Sign will send the document for signature to all signers simultaneously.
Workaround
Let's say you your document requires the signatures of two signers in sequence, where Signer #1 should sign first, followed by Signer #2. The solution consists in creating two DocuGen Sign views:
- Create a DocuGen Sign view for Signer #1 -- let's call it "DGS view #1". In this view, set signers to be just Signer #1. Set this view such that it saves the signed document in a File column that will serve as the input for the second DocuGen Sign view.
- Create a second DocuGen Sign view for Signer #2 -- let's call it "DGS view #2". In this view, set the signers to be just Signer #2 and set the document source to be "Catch from a Files column" where the column is the same one you used in DGS view #1 to save the signed. document.
⚠️ Important: This workaround will incur more quota consumption since each time the document is sent for signature (to each signer), it will count against your quota consumption. |
