Some extreme issues may be resolved by reinstalling DocuGen on your monday.com account. You do not need to reinstall DocuGen unless requested to do so by DocuGen Support agents.
- You need to be a monday.com account administrator in order to proceed. Share the link for this page with your account administrator.
- Go to any of your DocuGen views. You will see a message that DocuGen "needs to be reinstalled".
- Click on the "Reinstall App" button and approve the authorizations on the next screen.
