(If you are looking to whitelist network traffic to/from the DocuGen app, please refer to this article.)
You might have some rules that restrict the email addresses that can send emails to your users. We use Google Workspace as our email provider and have configured our SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records to ensure the security of our outbound emails.
If you need to whitelist emails sent by DocuGen to your users, please use the following domains (all provided by Google):
- _netblocks.google.com
- _netblocks2.google.com
- _netblocks3.google.com
You can also use the following hostnames (all provided by Google):
- aspmx.l.google.com
- alt1.aspmx.l.google.com
- alt2.aspmx.l.google.com
- alt3.aspmx.l.google.com
- alt4.aspmx.l.google.com
Unfortunately we cannot provide specific IP addresses or IP ranges for emails sent by DocuGen. According to Google's documentation, "Google has a global mail server network that grows dynamically to support demand. This means Google Workspace mail servers have a large range of IP addresses, and the addresses change often." (Source: https://support.google.com/a/answer/60764?hl=en&ref_topic=2921034&fl=1)
