What information does DocuGen read from my monday.com account?

DocuGen accesses your monday.com account data:

1. only when a user requests that a document be generated
2. only for the few moments it takes to generate a document
3. only the data required to populate the document

Once the document is generated, DocuGen discards the data; in other words, DocuGen does not store any board data after the document is generated.

The data that DocuGen accesses is limited to the information are required to populate your document. For example, if the user generates a document using an automation on a specific row, DocuGen will access only the data for this particular row. If the row contains mirror columns that refer to other boards, DocuGen will access the specific mirrored data from the other board(s).
