When you generate or send documents for signature, DocuGen creates a new document using the template you provided and the data from you monday.com account. 

What we store indefinitely

We store and retain indefinitely the following information:

1. Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, etc.) that you upload as templates for generating or signing documents
2. Documents that have gone through a complete signature workflow and have been signed by all signers

What we store for a limited time

We retain for up to seven days the following information: 

1. Data that we pull from your monday.com account when we populate the templates or documents to be signed. We use this data strictly for troubleshooting purposes. 
2. Documents you generate (exception: signed documents are stored indefinitely -- see above). 

You have the choice where you would like to store the generated documents:

• Downloaded to your computer
• Saved to your monday.com account
• Sent to an email address of your choice

Even though you can see a list of generated documents in the Documents tab, this is merely a list of links to your documents, not the actual documents.
