Automatically send documents to your team

You can have DocuGen automatically send generated documents with your colleagues who are board subscribers.

Go to the DocuGen Setup tab and check the box “Also send by email to the other users on this board (including guests)”. Whenever a new document is generated, DocuGen will send it as an attachment by email to all board subscribers. This applies whether you generate documents manually by clicking “Generate document” or automatically through DocuGen integrations.
