Generate documents in bulk

Generating documents in bulk requires DocuGen board views. We do not currently support generating documents in bulk using DocuGen item views.

Are you looking to generate multiple documents simultaneously? DocuGen allows you to generate documents in bulk using the DocuGen Button Integration or Status Integration. Follow the instructions below or check out this one-minute video on how to do this:

Instructions

1. Make sure you have a DocuGen board view added to your board, and the settings are as you would like them to be
2. Add a button integration or a status integration that generates documents using the settings from your DocuGen board view
3. In order to generate documents in bulk, select the items for which you would like to generate documents (hover at the extreme left of the first row and check the box for each item):
   
4. Click the button or change the status, depending on the type of integration you created above.
5. Sit back and relax as your documents are generated within minutes.
