Never run out of documents anymore! If you want the flexibility of generating or signing documents beyond your DocuGen plan's monthly limit, there are three options available:

1. Refill program: DocuGen temporarily increases your document limit before you run out of documents
2. Document packs: Increase your monthly limit by purchasing packs of 200 documents per month
3. Watermarks: Keep generating documents without extra expenses

Refill program

If you are not yet ready to upgrade, you can sign up to our Refill program. Once you join the program, DocuGen automatically charges you for blocks of 100 additional documents when you reach your current quota. 

For example: If you have a seasonal business and you expect a higher volume of documents during some months of the year, the Refill program will help you. Say you are on the Standard plan (400 documents) but expect to exceed this limit next month. Instead of risking an outage once you reach your limit, you can sign up to the Refill program. Whenever you reach your limit (400), DocuGen will charge your credit card for an additional 100 documents. If you reach your new limit (500) again during the same billing month, DocuGen will charge your credit card for another 100 documents, bringing your total limit for the month to 600. 

Note that Refill charges are one-time; you will not be charged again the following month (or year) unless you reach your limit again. 

Additional documents purchased through the Refill program do not roll over to the following month. In the example above, if you consume 550 documents out of 600, the remaining 50 will expire at the end of the billing month. 

Document packs

If you expect to consistently exceed your current DocuGen plan's monthly limit, consider signing up for additional document packs. 

For example: Say you are on the Standard plan (400 documents) and expect to consume 500 to 600 document per month. Instead of upgrading to the Enterprise plan (1000 documents), you can purchase a pack of 200 documents per month, bringing your monthly limit to 600 documents while staying on the Standard plan. Or you can purchase two packs of 200 documents to bring your monthly limit to 800 documents.

Note that Document pack charges are recurring; you will be charged every month (or year) unless you cancel your Document packs. 

Watermarks

If you're willing to have a discrete DocuGen watermark added at the bottom of your documents, this is a great option that costs you nothing.
