What data can DocuGen access in my monday.com account?

DocuGen needs access to your monday.com data in order to generate documents:

1. Board-related data: Board-related data includes the columns and rows of our boards. DocuGen's access to your board data is temporary and lasts no more than the few seconds that it takes to generate a document. Once the document is generated, we discard this data as well as the generated document from our systems.

2. Account-related data: We collect and save limited information about your monday.com account, users, and behavior. This data is crucial to help us deliver a reliable service and to improve DocuGen. The data we collect and use includes monday.com account name and slug, user names, user emails, behavior (e.g., 'added DocuGen view' or 'generated document' etc.)
