In the DocuGen Sign item view, expand the "Signers" accordion:
Once you click on "Set signers...", you will see a screen allowing you to set one or more signers. Signers are columns from your board: each signer can be an Email column, a People column, or a Mirror column. You can also create a new Email column on the fly by clicking on "+ Add Email column":
You can drag and drop signature fields into the document. Learn more about signature fields here.
If you have more than one signer, you can set a signing order by ticking the box "Set signing order" and dragging the signers into the signing order you want:
You are now ready to set internal notifications.
