In the DocuGen Sign item view, expand the "Internal notifications" accordion:
Internal notifications allow you to send internal updates to monday.com users (not to the signers).
Notifications by email
- Notify sender when a document goes out for signature: An email will go out to the monday.com user when they send a document for signature.
- Notify sender when a signer declines to sign: If a signer declines signature, an email will go out to the monday.com user.
- Notify sender when all signers have signed the document: An email will go out to the monday.com user once all signers have signed the document.
- Notify sender when a document expires and is not fully signed: Documents you send for signature will expire after a number of days you specify. This option will send an email if a document has expired before all signers have signed it.
Board updates
- Save signed document in this Files column: Once a document is signed by all signers, the document will be saved in the Files column you specify.
🤓 Pro tip: We recommend you select this option so that you can easily locate signed documents. |
- When a document goes out for signature, update status to something: When a user sends a document for signature, the status column will be updated automatically.
- When all signers have signed, update status to something: When all signers have signed, the status column will be updated automatically.
- When a signer declines to sign, update status to something: If a signer declines to signature, the status column will be updated automatically.
You are now ready to set signer notifications.
