In the DocuGen Sign item view, expand the "Signer notifications" accordion:
Signer notifications allow you to control messages to the signers:
- Send reminders to signer every --- days: Once you send a document for signature, the signer will periodically receive email reminders at the frequency you specify, say, every 7 days.
- Expire document if not signed after --- days: Any document you send for signature will expire after the number of days you specify. For example, if you sent a document to two signers but one of them hasn't signed after 30 days, the document will expire and will not be available for signature anymore.
Customize the message that the signer will receive
When you send a document for signature, you can include your own logo and a message or instructions to the signer. Click on the "Customize..." button in the screenshot above:
Your message can include dynamic placeholders that will be populated from your board.
You are now ready to add an integration recipe.
