With monday.com automations you can automatically send documents for signature using DocuGen when users perform an action like updating a status column or clicking a button or changing a column.

In the DocuGen Sign item view, go to the "Automation" accordion and copy the view ID:

On your board, click the "Automate" button at the top right:

Click "Create automation"

Select a triggering event; for example, "When button clicked"

For the action, search for "Send for signature":

Paste the view ID you copied earlier:
- Once you're done, click "Create automation".
Don't forget to click "Create automation" once you're done.
That's it! You are now ready to use DocuGen Sign!
