Where are my documents stored?

Generating documents

We store the Word documents that you upload as templates for generating documents.

We do not store your generated documents. When you generate documents using DocuGen, we create a new document using the Word template and the data from you board. You have the choice to decide where you would like to store the generated documents:

• Downloaded to your computer
• Saved on your monday.com board
• Sent to your (or other) email address

Even though you can see a list of generated documents in the Documents tab, this is merely a list of links to your documents, not the actual documents.

Signing documents

We store the documents to be signed that you upload to DocuGen Sign settings. 

We also store all signed documents. You also have the option to save the signed documents in in the board.
