- Go to your DocuGen item view and click on "Item tables"
- Edit an existing table or create a new one

Send documents for signature even if some signers are missing
You can now choose between two options when sending documents for signature by multiple signers:
- All or nothing: The document will not go out for signature if there are missing signers. In other words, all the signer columns must be populated in order to send the document for signature.
- Send anyway: The document will go out for signature to the existing signers. In other words, even if some signer columns are blank, the document will still go out for signature to the other signers.
Go to your DocuGen Sign view, click on the "Settings" tab and expand the "Signers" accordion:
- Check the box "Do not send documents..." if you want documents to go out only if all signers are filled.
- Uncheck the box if you want the flexibility of fewer signers.
Note: This settings applies to integration recipes only. When you send a document for signature using the "Preview" and "Send" buttons in the DocuGen Sign view, the document will always be sent even if there are missing signers.
