What counts as a ‘document’?

The number of documents you can generate every month depends on your DocuGen subscription plan. We count one document whenever DocuGen successfully creates a new file. If a document is generated in multiple formats, such as Microsoft Word and PDF, each file counts as one document.

The number of documents is not related to the number of users receiving the document, the number of emails sent, or the delivery methods (file column, conversation feed, or email).

Examples:

• If you have a board automation that creates a Microsoft Word document and sends it by email to 15 board subscribers, this counts as one document.
• If you set DocuGen to attach the generated document to a file column and to the conversation feed, this counts as one document.
