The DocuGen card lets users generate and send documents for signature and manage recipes. Add it from an object view by customizing the view, selecting App cards, adding DocuGen, and saving, or from Setup by managing its locations and enabling the desired object sidebars.

The DocuGen card allows your users to access DocuGen, generate and send documents for signature, and create and manage recipes from any Deal, Ticket, Contact, Company, Cart, Order.

There are a couple of ways to add the DocuGen card to your HubSpot object views:

From the object view
From Setup

Add the DocuGen card from the object view

Let's say you would like to add the DocuGen card to the Deal view:

Go to any Deal and click on Customize near the top right
Select the view you would like to modify. Typically this should be the Default view, but if you have multiple views, repeat the following steps for each view.
At the top of the right sidebar, click "+" to add a card
Switch to App cards (on the left) and search for "DocuGen"
Locate the DocuGen card and click "+ Add card"
Dismiss the side panel and click Save and exit at the top right

Check your work

Go to any Deal (or any object where you added the DocuGen card). The DocuGen card should appear in the right sidebar. You might need to scroll down to find it:

Add the DocuGen card from Setup

Go to your Connected Apps from the Marketplace icon at the top right of your screen
From the list of apps, click on DocuGen
Go to the Settings tab
Click on App cards on the left
In the ⭐ DocuGen panel, click on Manage locations
For each object, check the boxes for Right sidebar and Conversations inbox (if available)
Once done, click Save. That's it! Make sure to check that the DocuGen card was added successfully.
