Under some circumstances DocuGen might be unable to upload generated documents to File columns or the conversation feed. If this happens, you may receive an automated email describing the failed attempt. Please try the following to resolve this issue:
- Check that the user generating the document has the permission to upload files to the File column: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011926640-Column-permissions
- Check that your monday.com account settings do not prevent users from uploading files: https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003457320-Account-permissions
If you're still unable to have DocuGen upload files to your board, please contact support@docugen.io and mention your account slug (before .monday.com in the URL), your board ID, and the email of the affected user.
