Issue with monday workdocs

You may face issues generating documents if your board contains monday workdocs. We present a workaround below.

Description of the issue

DocuGen may fail to generate documents correctly if your board contains a monday workdoc saved in a Files column:

This issue tends to occur if your monday workdoc is saved along with other documents, such as MS Word, as well as other monday workdocs, in the same column.

This issue may occur even if your DocuGen template does not include a placeholder for the column containing the monday workdocs.

Workaround

To resolve this issue, don't include more than one monday workdoc in the same Files column. In other words, if you have a monday workdoc along with other workdocs or any other files in the same column, DocuGen may not operate properly.
