In mid-2026 we made changes to DocuGen that had the unintended consequence of displaying an error for some customers when loading a DocuGen view:
The simplest solution is to create a new DocuGen view:
- Create a new DocuGen view with the same settings as the affected view
- Update all automations and legacy integration recipes to point to the new DocuGen view
- Delete the affected view
If you have a large number of affected DocuGen views, or if you're not sure about the settings, you can contact support@docugen.io to request migration of all your boards:
- You will need to create new DocuGen views (one new view for each affected view)
- You will need to provide us with the links to your old (affected) views and new views
- Our team will migrate the settings from each old view to the corresponding new view
- You will still need to update your automations and legacy integration recipes to point to the new DocuGen views
- You will also need to delete the affected views
