Troubleshoot narrow columns in subitem table placeholders

When you insert a subitem table placeholder into your Microsoft Word document template, the placeholder might appear with very narrow columns:

Here are the steps to fix this:

1. Open the document template with Microsoft Word
2. Right-click on the table handle (top left of the table), then select "Table Properties..."
    
3. In the Table Properties dialog box, select the Column tab, then check the "Preferred width" box. Set the preferred width to 10%. You might need to experiment with different width values to get the best one for your document:
