DocuGen debug mode allows our team to capture detailed technical information that can help us solve your issues faster. We only capture this information when you start debug mode until you stop it. We don't use this information for any other purpose besides debugging your issue. DocuGen debug mode is subject to our privacy policy.
Solutions by browser
Here are browser-specific solutions:
- Chrome: Change your security level from Enhanced protection to Standard protection
- Edge: Adjust your tracking prevention (under privacy settings) from Strict to Balanced or Basic

Brave: Click on the lion icon at the far right end of the URL (address) bar, then disable "Shields are UP"
⚠️ Don't forget to restore the original settings once you've stopped debug mode.
General solutions
If your browser is still blocking DocuGen debug mode, do the following:
- Disable all ad-blockers: Go to your browser settings and turn off ad-blockers like uBlock Origin, AdBlock Plus.
- Whitelist domains: Add sentry.io, mycompany.sentry.io, sentry-cdn.com, and s1.sentry-cdn.com to your ad-blocker's whitelist (often found in the extension's settings under "Allowlisted domains" or "Whitelist").
- Disable your VPN: Please check all VPN protection settings as they can be active even if when you are not connected to a VPN server.
- Unblock your firewall: Check if your network has any firewalls that can block sentry requests. This applies mostly to corporate networks.
