You can create and use as many templates as you wish in DocuGen; there is no limit, even on the free plan!
However, you can attach only one template to each DocuGen view. If you need to generate multiple types of documents from the same monday.com board, then create a separate DocuGen view for each type of document.
For example, suppose you have a board where you track customer payments. You might want to generate invoices from this board, and once customers pay, you would like to generate receipts. To do so, you can add two DocuGen views. Let's call them "Invoices" and "Receipts". The Invoices view will contain the invoice document template, while the Receipts view will contain the receipts document template. To generate an invoice from a specific item on the board, add a button column to your board and a DocuGen integration recipe pointing to the "Invoices" view. To generate an invoice, add another button column and an integration recipe pointing to the "Receipts" view.
