Our support team may request you to re-authorize DocuGen using the simple steps below. Some of the circumstances where re-authorizing DocuGen may be required are:
- You have DocuGen integration recipes created prior to the 19 Feb 2021 upgrade
- You have multiple monday.com accounts and you mistakenly authorized DocuGen on the wrong account
Re-authorize DocuGen using these simple steps:
- Go to any board that has an existing DocuGen view, or just add a new DocuGen view on any board
- Add a new (dummy) DocuGen integration recipe by going to Integrations (top of board), then search for DocuGen Integrations
- monday.com will ask you to authorize DocuGen (this is required only one time). On the authorization screen, make sure that the monday.com account at the top right corner is the correct account. Please go ahead and authorize DocuGen
- You don’t need to complete the steps for the dummy integration; you can safely cancel or delete this integration
You do NOT need to repeat these steps for other boards where you may have integrations. The steps above will authorize DocuGen across your entire monday.com account.
