Insert a group name anywhere in your document

If you need to insert a group name into your generated document, make sure to use this placeholder in your template: 

<<group_name>>

When you generate a new document, DocuGen will replace this placeholder with the name of the first group in your board. If you applied filters to the DocuGen view, the placeholder will be replaced with the name of the first group after applying the fiter.

For example, in the sample board above, the group name placeholder will be replaced with “Invoice 01221”.
