We do not use your data for any purpose except to generate documents and to improve our service.
However, like many SaaS apps, DocuGen uses third-party systems for various purposes, like hosting (AWS), performance monitoring (Sentry), and data analytics (Salesforce). We use only reputable providers and we provide very limited access to your data in the strict context of document generation.

Can you provide additional detail regarding what categories of customer data, if any, may be transmitted to each of these third parties?
We cannot provide an itemized list of customer data that we share with each third party. However, information we share is generally limited to the following and strictly used to deliver our service to you:
- Your company name
- Your users' first and last names
- Your users' emails
- Your monday.com account ID
- Your users' monday.com user ID
In addition, because we use AWS to deliver our document creation and electronic signature services, AWS has access to the following information:
Information held temporarily while generating documents or processing e-signatures:
- monday.com board contents
- Customer's generated documents
Information retained for extended periods for legal, compliance, or operational purposes:
- Your document templates
- Your signed and sealed documents
- Your e-signature completion certificates
