DocuGen accesses board data:
- only when a user requests that a document be generated
- only for the few moments it takes to generate a document
- only the board data required to generate the document
Once the document is generated, DocuGen discards the data; in other words, DocuGen does not store any board data after the document is generated.
The data that DocuGen accesses is limited to the board items (rows) that are required for document generation. For example, if the user generates a document using an integration recipe on a specific row, DocuGen will access only the data for this particular row. If the row contains mirror columns that refer to other boards, DocuGen will access the specific mirrored data from the other board(s).
